More about Andama
Andama's idea of a workable kitchen is not what one would consider normal, yet she is an avid cook and spends a great deal of time baking. She does have a thing for cabinets with a differance and spends a great deal of time looking for the unusual.
The benches in her kitchen are the original counters from the Bendigo Bank in Victoria Australia and even after having been adapted for use in the kitchen they still hold their beauty and history, and really are a wonderful visual record of Australian craftsmenship. The use of western red ceder crafted by masters is hard to come by especially being this old.
