Celeste & Abagail
Dear Andama,
I was so happy to receive Ava Rose in the mail today (originally named Abagail). When I opened the box up, I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of love and care you had put into sending her. She was wrapped in her cuddle blanket, with a ribbon on it, she had a beautiful bag of pot pourri with her too, and I could tell you had put a lot of care into it. She travelled with her delightful teddy and I got two adoption certificates,as well as another outfit. The yellow top and pants are lovely! The other outfit, blue and yellow striped romper is darling! As soon as I picked her up, she felt like a real baby, very cuddly, she weighs the same as the 4 month old I am looking after! Her hair is so detailed, you can see every painstaking strand of detail you put into her, as well as her peacefully closed eyes, with eyelashes! Her manicured nails are beautiful too. I have put a basket with her cuddle rug over it, for her to sleep in.
The people I have shown have thought it looked so real, my sister's boyfriend was amazed- it was the hair that got him! It was funny to watch. I am glad that I bought from you, I had a speedy delivery, packaged with care and lots of things for her, and now she will be cared for in her new home. I will definitely buy from you again so Ava can have a brother or sister.
Thankyou for sharing your wonderful art with me! she will be so loved here.
Celeste.

When I first arrived in Australia to help out at Andama Galleries, I was quite horrified at having to live on site, with approximately 80 dolls! They all lived in the Gallery itself, but since that was in the middle of the house, there was no getting away from them. I must have a vivid imagination, because I imagined them coming to life in the middle of the night. I swore blind I would never have one and politely declined whenever Andama offered me one! However about 6 months in, as I watched one being made and as his hair went on, I realised that he was too gorgeous and I HAD to have him! So after swearing blind they weren’t for me and I’d NEVER have one, I am now the proud mother of Reuben James!! Immediately he was in my arms, I was the ultimate officionado on them! The outfit he came in was “not his colour”, so I had to go shopping! I bought him a couple of the most fab outfits and even bought him an All Black baby grow online!
OK, so as adamant as I was they were sick, I am now a complete convert!!
Thanks Andama, for not laughing and saying I told you so when I “saw the light”!!
